All Varencia orders ship directly from our U.S. facility.
Each piece is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and securely.
Shipping in the Continental U.S.
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders within the continental United States. Orders below the free shipping threshold ship at a flat rate, shown at checkout.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via standard delivery. Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand outside the United States in the future.
Order Processing
Most orders ship within one business day or less.
Orders placed after business hours ship the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on carrier activity, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.
Holidays and High-Volume Periods
During holidays and major sales events, order volume increases significantly. While we remain committed to fast fulfillment, processing times may be slightly extended during these peak periods.
Carrier-related delays may also occur during high-traffic seasons and are outside of our control.
Pre-Orders
If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping timeline will be listed on the product page.
Pre-orders ship once inventory arrives at our facility. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the shipment may be sent once all items are available.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

Address Accuracy
Shipping labels are generated using the address entered at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Varencia is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Updating your account address will not change the shipping address for an existing order.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or believe something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the items received so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Delayed or Delivered Packages
