We want you to love your Varencia pieces. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and with all original packaging.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging, including any gift packaging
Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
We offer item-for-item exchanges within the 30-day return window. You can exchange your piece for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the value of the original item.
To initiate an exchange, email support@varencia.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- If a discount was applied to your original order, the refund amount reflects what you paid, not the full retail price.
- Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Return Shipping
If you purchased the Return Label & Shipping Protection option at checkout, Varencia will cover your return or exchange shipping. Once your return or exchange is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.
If you did not purchase this option, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Varencia is not responsible for items lost in transit.
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Please email support@varencia.com to initiate the process.
Manufacturing Defect Policy
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@varencia.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item. We will repair, replace, or refund the piece at our discretion.
If you believe a manufacturing defect has emerged after the 14-day window, contact us at support@varencia.com. We will review the situation case by case.
Plating Issues and Color Concerns
For concerns about plating integrity, flaking, or peeling, please refer to our Lifetime Plating Integrity Guarantee, which covers bonded finishes for the lifetime of original ownership.
Gift Returns
Gifted items are eligible for store credit only and are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
What Is Not Covered
Our standard return policy does not cover:
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Normal wear and tear, such as minor surface scratches
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Alterations made by third parties

The 30-day return policy covers initial satisfaction, fit, and any manufacturing defects discovered within 14 days of delivery. The Lifetime Plating Integrity Guarantee separately covers flaking or peeling of PVD-bonded gold or rose gold finishes for the lifetime of original ownership.
